Wyoming Man Killed in Rollover, Speed May Be to Blame
A 22-year-old Wyoming man is dead following a single-vehicle rollover northeast of Alpine late Saturday night.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol says Justin Ward was headed south on U.S. Highway 89 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his pickup and rolled it near milepost 129.
Ward, who was not wearing his seat belt, was thrown from the pickup and died at the scene.
The Patrol says it was clear and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
