Wyoming House Closer to Passing New Open Meetings and Open Records Laws

A bill that says Wyoming residents have no "duty to retreat" before defending themselves passed second reading in the house.  The Wyoming house also passed two bills on second reading that would enhance the state's open meeting and open records laws.
