The legislature periodically passes a revisor's bill, which in this session was House Bill 137. Revisor's bills in the Wyoming Legislature are changes in the wording of existing bills.
That typically pertains to typographical errors or changes in bills because some language in the bill has become obsolete for a variety of reasons. The changes are not intended to change the purpose of the legislation, but rather to clarify existing laws by correcting mistakes in the text of the original bill or else to bring the legislation up to date with existing terminology or changing conditions.

House Bill 164 authorizes the use of medications for purposes other than those specifically approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration. Often times drugs that have been declared safe for consumption by the FDA are found to be useful in treating other problems as well.
For example, bupropion, originally developed as an anti-depressant, has been found to help people stop smoking in many instances. Such off label uses are in fact quite common among prescription drugs.
