
WCDA Drops Interest Rates for First Time Homebuyers
The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA), the state’s affordable housing finance agency, has lowered interest rates for First Time Homebuyers.
According to a news release the new rates are available immediately for the First-time Homebuyer Program, Spruce Up I Program and the Military Preference Program.
The new rates are as follows:
3.25% - First-time Homebuyer Program and the Spruce Up Wyoming I Program
3.00% - Military Preference Program and Home Again Program
