Vilsack Announces Water Quality Initiative

U. S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says the ''National Water Quality Initiative" will work in priority watersheds to help farmers, ranchers and  landowners improve water quality impaired streams. The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services has posted rules for safety contracts within HB 89 online and is taking public comment. Amy Richards has a report.
