
Three Laramie Firefighters Injured Battling Fire On Friday Night
Three Laramie firefighters were injured battling a structure fire near Laramie on Friday night, according to a post on the Laramie Firefighters IAFF Local 946 Facebook page.

At last report two of the firefighters had been treated at Ivinson Memorial Hospital and released, while one was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado for more treatment, according to the post.
The Structure Fire Was Reported A Little After 8 p.m.
The post says Laramie Fire Department Engine 3 was sent out about 8:20 p.m. on a report of a structure fire north of Laramie. They encountered hazardous conditions while fighting and investigating the blaze.
According to the post: ''During operations, a structural collapse occurred involving the fireplace assembly, resulting in injuries to two firefighters inside, after the collapse a second collapse occurred during rescue efforts injuring another firefighter.''
At last report the scene was being investigated by LFD Fire Prevention Division and the Wyoming State Fire Marshal’s Office.
