Doug Randall reports that A Texas man is in custody and facing felony charges of assault on a peace officer after his arrest Tuesday while driving a stolen car near Casper. The state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in March was unchanged from February according to an economist with the Wyoming Department of Employment.
