A former Laramie business operator who pleaded guilty to tax evasion has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $356,000 in restitution.
Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal ordered Jaime Nieto Rock Springs to pay $143,243.73 in restitution for unpaid taxes and interest for his crime of tax evasion.
