Two wanted women are behind bars after leading authorities on a wild chase near Cheyenne Wednesday evening.

Two men who were on the property got away before deputies got there.

Farkas says the department has responded to 76 stolen vehicle reports in the past three months, a 45 percent increase from the same period last year.

After years of decline, the number of vehicles now being stolen in Cheyenne has risen to its highest level in almost a decade.
