Three Albuquerque, New Mexico men have been indicted by a grand jury in connection to a robbery that happened on Oct. 6 at the Medicap Pharmacy in Cheyenne.
Wyoming federal judges recently sentenced eight men for crimes including robbery, drugs, felon in possession of a firearm, child pornography, and illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien, according to news releases from the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office.
A Cheyenne man has been sentenced to four to seven years in prison and ten years of probation for his role in a kidnapping and robbery in December 2015.
