A Wyoming man who died after being life-flighted to a Montana hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Cody may have had a medical condition before the crash.

A medical condition may be to blame for a deadly head-on collision east of Cheyenne Tuesday afternoon, the Wyoming Highway Patrol says.

He was taken from the scene via ground ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County.

The Camry crossed the center line into oncoming traffic, where it hit the Silverado head-on.
