A handful of Wyoming schools competed in the Runners Roost Meet in Fort Collins

It was the 1st state championship for the T-Birds since 2006

The girls' game featured the #2 and #3 ranked teams in 4A.

There were some exceptional wrestlers in this event.

The wrestling season kicked off with a huge meet in the Capital City

Needless to say, this was a very large meet.

The Okie Blanchard meet on Friday featured a collection of schools from the southeast part of the state

These boys and girls are the best of the best in these two classifications.

Eight teams started the season in Casper and we have a long way to go.

Still seeking their first win of the season, the Laramie Plainsmen take on the fourth-ranked Cheyenne East Thunderbirds on Friday night.
