A 37-year-old Cheyenne transient on the Wyoming Sex Offender Registry is facing a felony charge after reportedly once again failing to register.

A 46-year-old Cheyenne transient likely wasn't "lovin' it" when deputies contacted him in the McDonald's parking lot at 4000 W. College Dr. Wednesday morning.
