The State Loan and Investment Board has approved a $5 million dollar grant to help bring a proposed $112 million dollar data center to Cheyenne. Governor Matt Mead says he is willing to provide another $5 million in state money to land the center. Doug Randall reports.  Farm Credit Services of America says customer owners in Wyoming are receiving dividend checks totaling $13.8 million this month.
