The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored the forum with candidates Republican Mark Gordon, Democrat Mary Throne and Rex Rammell of the Constitution Party.

Rammell said Friday that he has the support of former Republican gubernatorial candidate Taylor Haynes following Haynes' loss in Tuesday's GOP primary election.

His campaign website bills him as "T-Rex Rammel," with the slogan "Take a bite out of the feds."

Some of Cheney's comments were spoken in a context in which she all but admitted GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump will lose to Hillary Clinton on Nov. 8.

Wyoming will add two major parties to its 2016 primary and general election ballots.

The suit says the law is nothing more than censorship of minor party and independent candidates and those who want to support them.

The Wyoming Secretary of State's  Office says the Constitution Party has reached the threshold of 3,740 signatures of registered voters required to gain ballot access as a provisional party.
