Cheyenne Animal Shelter CEO Bob Fecht has resigned from his position with the shelter, a month after ordering the pepper spraying of a dog who bit an employee.
Illoway's resignation comes just three weeks after an 80 pound pit bull named Tanner was pepper sprayed at the direction of the shelter's CEO, Bob Fecht.
Police have determined that CAS President and CEO Bob Fecht and two employees committed animal abuse by pepper spraying a dog after it bit an employee.
