Police in Rock Springs are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects who cashed three bogus checks recently

The Suspects Cashed Phony Checks Using Mexican ID Cards

That's according to a post on the Rock Springs Police Department Facebook page. According to the post, the suspects shown in the above photo all cashed checks for just under $1,000 at A&A Checking. The checks were supposedly issued by Pacific Steel, and all three suspects used ID cards from Mexico.

But after the checks were cashed, the bank told A&A that the checks were phony.

Rock Springs Police are asking anyone who has any information to call the detectives division at 307-352-1588 and reference case number R25-01538.

You can also ask to speak with Detective Sergeant Clawson if you want to do that.
