Southeast Wyoming residents can expect major changes in the weather starting on Sunday, with colder temperatures, gusty winds and some snow showers.

That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on its website:

Unseasonably mild temperatures will continue through Saturday with mostly sunny skies continuing except for some patchy AM fog/low clouds Thursday around Lusk towards Alliance and points northeastward. A strong cold front will arrive Sunday and bring strong, gusty winds, a few snow showers, and much colder temperatures Sunday into Monday.
