
State and Local Officials Trying To Collect Taxes From Luca Technologies [AUDIO]
A judge has set a February 10th trial date for the last defendant in the 2011 killing of two people in Hudson, Wyoming. State and Local officials are trying to recover more than $700,000 in taxes from a bankrupt company that sought to extract a renewable supply of natural gas from the Powder River Basin.
