9:07AM MST: Dr. Mark Stock from Laramie County School District #1 is back and will be talking about the latest issues in public education i our district including more on what the District is doing to re-evaluate their approach the the school bullying problem, and we'll get his take bill being proposed by the state legislative Joint Education Interim Committee that calls for new testing structure of additional school accountability in the state.
