Opening in 1981 on the north side of Cheyenne on Del Range Boulevard, the Frontier Mall quickly became the shopping destination for southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle.

I remember growing up just across the border in Nebraska in the 80s. If you just needed to go to Walmart, you'd make a quick run to Sterling, Colorado. BUT, if you wanted to really shop; to really find what you want. you kicked it up several notches and hit I-80 for a day at the Frontier Mall in Cheyenne. Record stores, books stores, all the different flavors of popcorn, a real arcade! it was the place to be.

On Facebook, we asked you guys what stores do you remember, and miss the most, from the Frontier Mall. The responses show that there are lots of mall staples that people miss.
