Police Officer Is Accused Of Biting A Man’s Testicle During Bar Brawl

They say all is fair in love and war, but are some area's off limits? Evidently not for a Maryland police officer who violated a brawlers private space in a recent bar fight.

10 year veteran Cpl. Michael Flaig, departed from an Anne Arundel police department on September 23, 2015 after he was charged with second degree assault, after biting a man in his testicles.

Officers say that a man was straddling Flaig, an off duty officer, who was socializing at the Looney's Pub in Canton and accused the officer of groping his girlfriend.

As Flaig was being straddled, it was then that he reared up and bit the perpetrator in his testicles.

Flaig did admit that biting the man's testicles resulted in a disturbance of the peace even though he was trying to protect himself.
