Motorcyclist Killed in I-90 Crash Near Sheridan
A 69-year-old Oregon man is dead following a motorcycle crash south of Sheridan.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol says Coy Collins lost control of his bike near mile marker 31 on Interstate 90 shortly after 7 a.m. yesterday (Wednesday).
Collins was wearing a helmet and leathers, but was thrown from the bike and died at the scene.
The Patrol says Collins' motorcycle and helmet were severely damaged and his leathers heavily scarred from the asphalt.
It's believed Collins fell asleep while he was driving.
