A recent joint law enforcement drug sweep resulted in multiple arrests and drug, money, and car seizures, according to a spokesman for the Sweetwater County Sheriff's Department.

 
Detectives and special agents of the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office Special Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG), Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit, and the Division of Criminal Investigation’s Southwest Enforcement Team carried out three separate operations in Rock Springs and Green River, according to Dick Blust.
 
Four search warrants were executed and four drug-related arrests were made. Seized in total was about four ounces of methamphetamine, 3.5 grams of heroin, over $3,500 in cash, and a car.
 
Those arrested and their charges are as follows:
 
Michael James Maestas, 39, of Green River, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), 4th offense.
 
Kimberly Erin Smith, 33, Green River, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and felony-grade possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
 
Amber Garcia, 28, Rock Springs, felony-grade possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
 
Bryan Noyes, 54, Rock Springs,, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
