Local TJ Maxx Retail Store Employees May Be Seeing A Raise

With all the talk around the country about minimum wage and employees wanting raises, TJ Maxx is stepping up to the plate to give a pay increase to its workers.  Next year, workers at TJ Maxx and Home Goods could see a wage of $10 an hour. This is exciting news for those working in retail.

June of this year (2015) will bring about $9 and hour, but will raise this time next year. TJX Companies houses about 2600 U.S. stores and employs about 191,000 people. This number also includes employees that are based outside the United States.
