Laramie Police are looking for a dog that bit a 15-year-old boy recently, according to a post on the agency's Facebook page

The dog is described as a  medium sized, tan and white medium to short haired dog. The dog was with a man and woman, and the man had a bike with him. The bite happened in the vicinity of Curtis and McCue, according to the post.

Why Does The Dog Need To Be Found?

The dog needs to be found to make sure it didn't have rabies and was up to date on his shots.

According to the post, ''If you own this dog, or have information on the whereabouts of this dog, please call the Animal Control Division at (307)721-5385, or the non-emergency Dispatch number at (307)721-2526. Reference case 25-10408.''

Because there is the danger of rabies, Laramie Animal Control wants to remind people that all bites must be reported immediately.
