Laramie Man Arrested For Vehicular Homicide In Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — A construction worker was killed and three others were seriously injured when they were hit by a pickup while working on the side of a road in northern Colorado.

Fort Collins police say the pickup crossed over the oncoming lane of traffic and plowed into the workers in the western part of the city Friday morning.

One of the workers died at the scene, and three others were hospitalized.

The driver of the truck, 52-year-old Scott Duwaldt, of Laramie, Wyoming, was arrested on charges of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and driving under the influence. He was not injured.
