Kozak to Present “Marijuana Impairment & the Impact of Legalization in Colorado

Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak, will present a special program to educate the public on marijuana impairment and the impact of legalization of marijuana in Colorado. This special seminar will be held at the Cheyenne Kiwanis Community House (Lions Park) from 6-7 pm on September 3, 2013. This is a FREE one-hour seminar that is open to the public. No pre-registration required.
