
Heavy Rain, Small Hail Possible In SE Wyoming Today
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says severe storms are possible in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle today.
While Nebraska is more likely to see large hail and more severe weather, heavy rain and small hail is possible in Wyoming.
Laramie meanwhile could see snow tonight and early tomorrow.
The agency posted the following on its website:
The eastern portion of the Nebraska Panhandle up to Alliance has a level 1 Marginal risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Main threats are hail up to the size of quarters and winds greater than 60 mph. General thunderstorms with heavier rain and small hail possible is expected in Southeast Wyoming and the western portion of the NE Panhandle.
