Governor Matt Mead Orders Flags To Half-Staff Until Saturday

Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Barack Obama’s Proclamation as a mark of respect for the victims of yesterday’s tragic events in Boston, Massachusetts, has ordered both the U.S. flag and the State of Wyoming flag be flown immediately at half-staff statewide until sunset on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
