The EPA will partner with the state of Wyoming and the USGS, in collaboration with the Northern Arapahoe and Eastern Shoshone tribes, to complete additional sampling of wells in the Pavillion area. Even though Governor Matt Mead signed a bill into law broadening the definition of the synthetic substance known as spice, the compound that is reported to have made at least three people critically ill in Casper last week remains outside of Wyoming drug laws.
