Election Day In Wyoming, Albany County, Polls Open Until 7 p.m.
The 2024 General Election is today, both across the United States and of course in Wyoming as well.
Statewide races in Wyoming include the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Republican John Barrasso and the state's lone seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, currently held by Republican Harriet Hageman. Neither Barrasso nor Hageman are expected to be in serious danger of losing their seat in deep-red Wyoming.
In Albany County, four seats in the Wyoming House of Representatives are on the ballot. You can find out which house district represents you here.
Polls are open until 7 p.m., but anyone in line when the polls close will be allowed to vote.
Photo ID is required to vote. The following forms of ID will be accepted:
- Wyoming Driver’s License or Wyoming Identification Card
- Tribal ID Card
- Valid U.S. Passport
- U.S. Military Card
- DL or ID Card from Another State
- University of Wyoming Student ID
- Wyoming Community College Student ID
- Wyoming Public School Student ID
- Valid Medicare Insurance Card
- Valid Medicaid Insurance Card
- Valid Wyoming Concealed Firearm Permit
