UPDATE: Interstate 80 East From Cheyenne Now Open

UPDATE: 10:30 a.m.--Interstate 80 eastbound from Cheyenne has now reopened.

At last report at 7:40 a.m., Interstate 80 eastbound from Cheyenne between Cheyenne and exit 377, Wyoming Highway 217 was closed due to a crash.

The exact details of the crash that closed the interstate were not immediately available, and it was not known when the highway might reopen.

Aside from that closure, travel conditions around much of southeast Wyoming were wet, with fog reducing visibility in many areas.
