Deputies Nab Wanted Cheyenne Man

A 23-year-old Cheyenne man being sought by the Laramie County Sheriff's Office is now behind bars.

Lt. Don Hollingshead says deputies arrested Tristan Stricker around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Stricker had a warrant for failing to appear on a strangulation charge.

Court records say police were called to his home on July 23 after he reportedly got into an argument with his wife and ended up choking her and hitting her in the face.

Stricker's next court appearance has yet to be scheduled.
