Bond was set at $5,000 cash Monday for a suspected car thief who'd been on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list since Nov. 19, 2024.

According to a booking sheet, 36-year-old Cheyenne transient Robert Anthony Monjaras was transported to the Laramie County Detention Center on Friday, April 4, on a Laramie County Circuit Court warrant for felony theft, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

Judge Sean C. Chambers signed the warrant.

Monjaras is scheduled to be back in Circuit Court for his preliminary hearing on Wednesday, April 16, at 2:30 p.m.
