
Wanted Cheyenne Man Caught Speeding, Hit With Felony Drug Charges
A 36-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony drug charges following a traffic stop in south Cheyenne.
According to a booking sheet, Corbin M. Osburn was stopped near milepost 8 on U.S. 85 (South Greeley Highway) on Saturday, Sept. 28, after a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper clocked him doing 45 mph in the 40-mph zone.

Felony Warrant
The trooper says Osburn had a limited extradition warrant out of Smith County, Tennessee for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Osburn was subsequently arrested, searched, and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
He was later charged with two felonies, including possession of a controlled substance and taking a controlled substance into jail, and misdemeanor speeding.
Bond Set at $5K Cash
Osburn made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Oct. 1, during which his bond was set at $5,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 11 at 9 a.m.
