The agent says Roberts unlawfully delivered more than three grams of fentanyl in Laramie County and endangered her child by knowingly allowing the child to remain in a vehicle where fentanyl was stored.

Roberts was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center for unlawful manufacture or delivery of fentanyl and endangering a child with a controlled substance, both felonies.

As of 3 p.m. Friday, she had yet to be formally charged.

Roberts made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday morning on the two felonies listed above as well as a felony possession of fentanyl charge.

Her bond was set at $3,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 10 at 3 p.m.
