Candidates for Wyoming's congressional seat and the Laramie County Commission on 2022 will be among the guests on this week's ''Weekend in Wyoming" program on AM 650, KGAB. The program runs every Saturday from 11 am until 1 p.m.

Laramie County resident and businessman Sam Eliopoulos will be our first guest at 11:05 a.m. We'll ask about all things county commission-related, as well as why he is running and what led him to declare his candidacy so early.

At 11:33, we'll playback an interview that we recorded on Thursday with Wyoming congressional candidate Marissa Joy Selvig. We'll get her comments on why she is the best candidate, why she thinks Liz Cheney needs to go, and what makes her the best alternative to Cheney in the GOP congressional primary.

At 12:05 p.m., we'll be joined by Matt Ballou of WyHy Federal Credit Union to discuss financial literacy. April is Financial Literacy Month, and we'll delve into the basics of what that means, what everyone should know about financial literacy, and how you should teach your kids about the basics.

Then at 12;30 p.m., we'll chat with Greta Morrow of Day of Giving about this year's event, which is coming up next month.

We'll take calls for all of our guests except the pre-recorded interview with Marissa Joy Selvig. The call-in number is 632-3323.

Join us, from 11-1 today on AM 650, KGAB!
