Cheyenne Woman Pleads Not Guilty in Neglect Case
A Cheyenne woman accused of snorting her dad's anxiety medication has pleaded not guilty to a single count of intentional neglect of a vulnerable adult.
Forty-seven-year-old Dianna Estes entered the plea Friday in Laramie County District Court.
According to court documents, Estes was hospitalized on October 15 after admitting to snorting her dad's Buspirone, a drug used to treat anxiety.
Estes' trial has been scheduled for May. If convicted, she could face up to ten years in prison.
