
60 MPH Winds, Inch Size Hail Possible In SE Wyoming Saturday
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says severe storms are possible in southeast Wyoming on Saturday, possibly including 60 mile per hour winds and inch size hail.
The agency posted the following on it's Facebook: "There is a Marginal Risk for severe weather on Saturday, May 9th. The severe threat will primarily be south of the North Platte River Valley. Here, an isolated severe storm could be possible with wind gusts over 60 MPH. Cannot rule out a stronger storm having hail up to 1 inch in diameter. Strongest storms are expected between 1 PM and 8 PM."
