Cheyenne Police say a suspect has been arrested in connection with an early morning shooting on East 3rd Avenue:

UPDATE (1:18PM): Adrian Maggos is in custody. A news release will be provided as more information becomes available.

UPDATE (12:01PM): Investigators have developed information indicating the suspect, Adrian Maggos, may also be using the alias “Adrian Chapple.”

UPDATE: Police say the shooting scene has been cleared and East 3rd is now open. Police spokeswoman Alex Farkas said that as of 10 a.m., the suspect was still at large.

UPDATE: Cheyenne Police Have posted the following

UPDATE(8:37AM): Officers are actively working to locate the suspect, Adrian Maggos. Maggos is a 27 year old male with brown eyes. He is 5’9” and 180lbs

Cheyenne Police were called to the area of the 100 block ofEast 3rd Avenue this morning on a reported shooting.

That's according to a post on the Cheyenne Police Department. The post was updated at 6:51 a.m.

The post says that an adult male was taken to the hospital with injuries, and a suspect has been identified.

At last report there was a large police presence in the area.
