Cheyenne Man Wanted for Choking, Holding Girlfriend at Knifepoint [VIDEO]

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding 43-year-old Oliver Anderson.

"Anderson was involved in a domestic violence dispute that the sheriff's department investigated last November," said Lt. Don Hollingshead.

"He's alleged to have strangled his girlfriend until she was unconscious," Hollingshead added. "He also held her at knifepoint, not allowing her to leave his residence."

Anderson is a 5-foot-9 male weighing 161 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Anderson's current whereabouts is asked to call the Laramie County Combined Communications Center at (307) 637-6524 or Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.

"Let's work together Laramie County to take this person off the streets," said Hollingshead.
