Cheyenne Man Charged with Receiving Stolen Guns
A 21-year-old Cheyenne man could face up to ten years in prison after police found thousands of dollars worth of stolen guns at his father's home.
According to court documents, authorities served a search warrant at Erick Orozco's father's trailer on January 12, after Jesus Gracia and Rodrigo Martinez reportedly told police they had given Orozco several guns that Martinez allegedly stole in numerous home burglaries.
Police say the total value of the stolen guns Orozco received was $2,300.
Orozco has been charged with a single count of receiving stolen property.
Orozco is being held in the Laramie County Jail on $10,000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 25.
