Are you ready for some football...high school style?

Football teams from Cheyenne East, Central and South will kick off their 2015-2016 seasons with games on Friday, August 28.

Cheyenne Central will open their season at Riske Field against the #1 ranked team in the state, Casper Natrona, starting at 7 p.m. The Indians are ranked at #5. The Mustangs have won their last 5 games against Central.

Cheyenne East will also be playing at home, hosting Rock Springs at the new Okie Blanchard Stadium at 7 p.m. Pre-season polls have the Thunderbirds ranked at #4. The T-Birds have claimed their last three contests with the Tigers.

Cheyenne South has the tough haul across Interstate 80 to face Evanston as their season opener. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. The Red Devils have never lost to the Bison, but their last three clashes have each been decided by less than 5 points. Go Bison!
