
Cheyenne Attorney Among Seven Suspended By Supreme Court
The Wyoming State Bar says seven attorneys have been suspended by the Wyoming Supreme Court for failing to comply with the rules on Continuing Legal Education.
That's according to a news release from the Wyoming Bar Association.
Two Wyoming Attorneys Have Been Suspended
The suspended attorneys include only two from Wyoming. They are Katelyn M. Krabbenhoft of Cheyenne and Edmond Petrus of Etna,
Here are the other five suspended attorneys:
- Matthew A. Bartlett – Riverdale, Utah
- Jonathan C. Coppom – Denver, Colorado
- Kathryn R. English – Houston, Texas
- Boyd M. McMaster – Thornton, Colorado
- Kathleen J. Woody – Silver Spring, Maryland
According to the release
''Rule 4 of the Rules of the Wyoming State Board of Continuing Legal Education requires each active attorney to complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing legal education, including two hours of legal ethics, in each calendar year. Rule 10(a) requires attorneys who have failed to comply with Rule 4 to pay a $300 delinquency fee by March 1st. Rule 10(c) requires attorneys who have been recommended for suspension to pay an additional $300 noncompliance fee.''
