Cheyenne Aquatics Division Announces Seasonal Openings For 2025

The City of Cheyenne Aquatics Division has announced the opening dates for it's facilities as well as the operating hours.

That's according to a new release from the city

Johnson Pool Opens This Weekend

That includes Johnson Pool, which is slated to open tomorrow [Saturday, June 7].

According to the release

Pool hours are:

• Monday-Friday – Lap Swim from 10 a.m. to noon; Rec Swim from noon to 7 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday – Lap Swim from 10 a.m. to noon; Rec Swim from noon to 5 p.m.

Johnson Pool is located at 303 E. 8th St.

The release says the splash pad at the Cheyenne Depot is open for the season but is subject to weather-related closures. It's normal operating hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The spray park at the Aquatics Center is closed for repairs right now, but the release says it "is expected to open in the coming weeks."
