Cheyenne Animal Shelter Letting You Name Your Price On Adoptions

The Cheyenne Animal Shelter is letting you name your price for adopting cats, dogs, and small animals available for adoption today through Sunday.

That's according to a news release from the Animal Shelter.

How It Works

Specifically, the shelter says During this promotion, adoption fees for all available animals will be replaced with a donation amount of the adopter’s choice. The release says the goal of the promotion is to help animals find permanent homes, especially those who have been there for a long time.

According to the release Adoption hours during the event are 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, with the last meet-and-greet appointments beginning at 5:30 p.m.

It goes on to say All adopted animals will go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Collars, tags, leashes, and carriers are not included in the “Name Your Price” promotion. Collars and tags are required for all cats and dogs adopted."
