The first of four Cheyenne Frontier Days Grand Parades of 2021 marched through downtown Cheyenne on Saturday, to the delight of thousands of onlookers.
Rolling Stone Magazine, arguably the most popular and celebrated music publication of all-time released an article that speaks volumes to the talent of the legendary musician and rodeo star, Chris LeDoux. This comes just before the late LeDoux is to have the 125th Cheyenne Frontier Days dedicated to him, along with a new bronze statue that will be unveiled today (July 23rd) at Frontier Park.
After a successful rodeo career, Chris LeDoux went on to release 36 albums and perform at CFD six times, including an iconic 1996 turn with Garth Brooks.
Tens of thousands of hungry CFD visitors from all over the world are expected to descend on the Depot Plaza next Monday, Wednesday and Friday to feast on free flapjacks.
