Beatles or the Stones? It's a question that music fans have been debating for over half a century. Two popular tribute bands will attempt to settle the issue January 14th when the Cheyenne Civic Center welcomes Abbey Road and Satisfaction - The International Rolling Stones Show.

The show will feature performances from both bands, who take turns recreating anthems from the legendary artists.

“Music fans never had a chance to see the Beatles and the Rolling Stones perform on the same marquee,” Mick Jagger impersonator Chris Legrand said in a press release.

For Abbey Road's Paul McCartney lookalike Chris Overall, there's no question which group deserves top billing.

“Without Beatlemania, the Stones might still be a cover band in London,” he said. "The Beatles set the standard."

Cheyenne is one of 110 dates on the international tour. Tickets range in price from $35 to $65 and go on sale at 11 a.m. Monday (11/19) at the Cheyenne Civic Center box office and online at Cheyenneevents.org. The box office will also be conducting a presale beginning today (11/16) at 11 a.m.
