Marvin Nash, who has been active in anti-bullying and other programs in Wyoming schools, says Superintendent Cindy Hill needs to answer questions about misuse of funds, dereliction of duty and other alleged misdeeds.

Nash says it's not clear that Hill followed proper procedures for documenting how federal funds were spent, or what was done with left-over federal money. He also questions the awarding of contracts under Hill, including a $50,000 contract to Amy Enzi, daughter of Wyoming Senator Mike Enzi.

Nash worries Hill filled vacancies in the education department with her favorite employees, regardless of whether they met the criteria for the job, and that legislators investigating Hill failed in many cases to ask the proper questions.
